This iconoclastic estate is located in Tuscany but speaks an international language. The team includes a French winemaker and an Italian agronomist with experience in Australia and New Zealand, and the vineyards are planted with the most famous Bordeaux grapes from young vines sourced in France rubbing shoulders with sangiovese.
Wines are made according to a stye that pursues complexity and finesse and vineyards are planted at a high density to reduce yields per vine and obtain concentrated fruit.
Pervale ’09 is a blend of sangiovese, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and Alicante, has a varied, aromatic bouquet ranging from earthy to blackberry jam to tobacco and spice.
